Resumen
Given the current situation of the company , and showing the exposed problems : lack of liquidity, declining sales , low sustainability of the offices of the company and the decrease in credit quota by BSH Group, the company demand a management system to assess in real time the status of processes, likewise, identify failures and act at the right time . The purpose of this project is to connect the area of after-sales service to generate enough income for self sustaining operation on a solid foundation of management with established goals and strategies that align with the current needs of company. Based on the above, a model table integrally as a central mechanism for management control in the area of after-sales service company is designed.
