The image presents a news item about: “Municipal engineer report. (on the works carried out in March). Republic of Colombia - Department of Cundinamarca - Board of public works - municipal engineering - Number 97 Bogotá April 1, 1893 To the Secretary of the Honorable Municipal Council Present.
