Abstract

The implementation of the "Regiotram de Occidente project" and the modifications to the infrastructure will generate a direct economic impact on the properties located in the affected area. For this reason, a study on the "Delimitation and formation of (ZHF) and (ZHG) for Section 1 of the 'Regiotram de Occidente project', which is between KR 19 with Avenida Ferrocarril and KR 50 with CL 22 in Bogotá D.C., in the year 2025" is proposed. This study aims to identify and delineate the affected areas, both physical and geoeconomic, to establish a reference base that allows comparison of the previous property values based on published information and those after the project, considering variables such as accessibility and land use that may influence property valuation.
