La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del informe del inspector de policía de San Victorino dirigido hacia el señor secretario del consejo administrativo, en el cual, cumpliendo con lo dispuesto por el consejo, informa que desde el día 3 de junio se han practicado en la oficina distintos trabajos, también se han abierto sumarios para las investigaciones de delitos como el robo, además de esto informa que se han hecho 93 notificaciones sobre aseo y ornato de la ciudad.
