The image contains a news item that talks about a complaint to the police by Mr. Zamudio about the crossing of the telegraph wiring. Explaining where the wiring had been found and expressing how the verification of this had been carried out, it also said that with the naked eye it was impossible to recognize the obstacles. Finally, it is indicated that the obstacles were removed, but that the possibility of their return remains. News published in: (La Opinión, October 25, 1900).

La imagen contiene una noticia que habla sobre una denuncia a la policía por cruzamientos del cableado telegráfico por el Sr. Zamudio. Explicando en donde se había encontrado el cableado y expresando cómo se había realizado la verificación de esto, también decía que a simple vista era imposible reconocer los obstáculos. Finalmente, se indica que los obstáculos fueron removidos, pero que se mantiene la posibilidad de que estos vuelvan. Noticia publicada en: (La Opinión, 25 de octubre de 1900).
