Resumen
The image contains a notice about the Decree on the liquidation of budgets for 1860 and 1861, decreed by the Governor of the State, this initially stipulates the budget accounts for the Executive Department and within this is stipulated The Executive Branch which contains: The Treasury Secretariat, Fiscal Visitor and the budget for the prefectures. Then it includes the Departmental Treasury Administrations, within which the fixed and temporary salaries are stipulated. Next, the Private Treasury Administrations and Tax Collectors are stipulated. Annexed to the aforementioned departments is the Judicial Department, which includes the Superior Court, the Public Prosecutor's Office, Circuit Judiciary, punishment establishments and prisons. Finally, a summary of the budget of the Legislative, Executive and Judicial Departments is made by General Accountant Félix V. Caro.
