Consolidación y desarrollo de manuales técnicos de bancos de prueba de aviónica, para la empresa AMT Servicios Especializados

Abstract

Initially, the company AMT SERVICIOS ESPECIALIZADOS faced the lack of quality certification as its main problem, as an impediment to being able to provide its services, therefore, its main objective was to consolidate the technical manuals of the avionics test benches for the company. The preparation and consolidation of the technical manuals of the avionics test benches has as its fundamental objective the contribution to the certification of the company, which allows the company to guarantee that its systems comply with the regulations, ensuring safety in its activities. In continuity, the identification of the operation of the test benches was carried out by analyzing their components and electronic diagrams. Likewise, the development of technical manuals was initiated, completing a total of 11 manuals corresponding to the selected test benches, indicated in the list of capabilities for certification by the company. Although a review of each of the test benches was carried out, only those that were calibrated and in optimal conditions were selected to guarantee the precision and reliability necessary in the certification process. This selection process was based on the alignment of the technical and functional capabilities of the benches with the requirements determined for the tests, thus guaranteeing that only suitable and relevant equipment was considered for subsequent use. The project results in the following technical manuals as final versions: Audio Control Test Panel, Avionics Instrument Test Panel, Precision Track Selector Indicator, Altitude Encoder Test Set, Multifunctional Nav Comm Test Panel, Control Distribution Panel 1 and 3, GCU Test Panel, Altimeter-Airspeed Test Panel, Transponder Test Panel and Master Control Test Panel. Once completed, these manuals were delivered to be printed and adapted by the company. These will be used in certification operations, maintenance and mainly in the correct operation of the test benches.
