The image contains a news item in which the director of the National Post Office is asked to send a person to make a report on the meat market. It does not talk about the hygienic aspects of the place, but about the infrastructure of the building, criticizing why the remodeling of the building is taking so long. La imagen contiene una noticia en la que se le pide al director del Correo Nacional mandar a una persona a realizar un reporte de la plaza de carnes. No se habla de aspectos higiénicos en el lugar, sino de la infraestructura del edificio, criticando así por qué la remodelación de la obra está tardando tanto.
