The image contains news about the decree by which the positions of wardens of the prisons for political prisoners are created, it decrees: Article 1, the positions of wardens of the prisons for political prisoners of Santa Inés, La Enseñanza and Colegio del Rosario are created, employees who will be freely appointed and removed from this direction, with approval of the Ministry of War. Article 2 The wardens of the prisons for political prisoners will be under the orders of this direction and will be in charge of serving the public in everything related to the prisoners, and may request the support of the respective guard whenever they need it. Article 3, for tax purposes, 3rd class senior commissioners of the national police are assimilated to the employees created by this decree; and salary will be covered by the qualification of the body, through the presentation of the respective payroll with the approval of this direction.
