Abstract

In the municipality of Sopó it has been working for more than 18 years in schools of artistic and cultural formation where year after year the young people of the municipality are formed in the areas of Music, Dance, Plastic Arts and Theater, taking advantage of their free time and learning bases of each one of the areas, The young people belonging to these processes of schools of formation in the municipality realize all a route of formation and learning within the processes arranged by the municipal administration, but it has been found that those that take more than three or four years in these courses do not find a place different from the one proposed by the institutions to be able to develop what they learned in a deeper way, that is why it is necessary to create a project in which these young people can develop this learned job by continuing with an educational program more deep welcoming this population into a theater group that can prepare every young person for the world or professional, besides taking advantage of the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired by the young people in the processes of School of formation, to strengthen it from a pilot experience as it is a staging in which the acquired tools are used both in the process of training school, as those that we manage to reinforce in the plan generated for the group and transmit through a first theatrical production to each one of the members of the group basic knowledge of the dramatic arts that serve as a tool forging a society and enriching the cultural aspects of the region. being able to recognize the young people as unique individuals who have had a formative tour in theater and who through it can come to realize this pilot assembly plan, where they will take as a starting point the theater group Crear Escena, a group theater created more than 10 years ago in which it is a structural principle to give the option to young people of Sopó training school, who after belonging to the program for 3 consecutive years can be part of a different process, making their internship in an independent group and deciding if this is the path they are going to follow or if it is only going to serve them as a tool that allows them to confront other professional options.
