Determinación del nivel de inventario de los recursos críticos a nivel agregado, en los nodos del sistema logístico humanitario colombiano, necesarios para atender un desastre de origen natural y de ocurrencia súbita

Abstract

Last decades, the number of natural disasters has increased and Colombia has been part of this phenomenon. The humanitarian logistic has the great responsability to produce strategies to recover the welfare of the population, It has to assurance that aid arrives as soon as possible with the correct quantities. The pre-positioning of the resources and aid is an strategy to agilize the emergency attention. Through the application of the systems dynamics and the resource-constrained project scheduling problem (RCPSP), in the Colombia’s humanitarian logistic system, is determinated the relation between initial inventory level of the agregated critics resources and the time to attend a natural and unexpected disaster.
