Implementación de un prototipo de software para el control de inicio y avance en las tareas de las obras de construcción

Abstract

The building construction sector in Colombia plays a fundamental role in the economic and social development of the country, however, one of the recurring challenges that this sector faces is the delay in delivery times of works, since this generates negative consequences for construction companies, clients and society in general. Therefore, this work proposes the implementation of a software prototype that allows real-time control of the progress of a construction work based on the execution of the weekly tasks estimated in the work planning, allowing the generation of early alerts when present delays in them, for this a study is carried out of the most important requirements and/or needs to be taken into account in the first instance to carry out the survey of the architecture and business model that the prototype must follow
