Resumen
The research is developed through the constant bibliographic search that is carried out throughout the project, with the advice of the assigned tutor, the chosen formwork suppliers are contacted, who supply the forms for the study. The assembly of the load tests is developed, with the measurements of the chosen modules and the magnitude of the selected loads, in the laboratory tests the parameters established by the NTC-6177 are followed, due to the economic cost that each test requires. , the experiment is carried out with only two modulations of the form, and it is developed in the laboratory of the construction project that is in execution and that has the necessary implements, in order to interact academically with the assembly of the same. The behavior curve (Load vs deflection) is drawn for the two selected forms, where the deformations are observed with each load application during time intervals. Comparative analysis of the deformations suffered by the selected types of formwork is carried out, versus the time that the magnitudes of the loads applied to each one sustained, it is identified which form system has the best response when supporting the elements built in reinforced concrete . In parallel, construction projects in the city of Soacha are monitored, with the construction companies that are using the formwork systems mentioned in the investigation, acquiring photographic record of the assembly process and the final finish of each built element, and elaborate a comparison analyzing similarities or differences in terms of architectural quality. Quotes were obtained for each of the types of formwork studied and the APUs were drawn up, taking into account information from the technical sheets and commercial advisors, regarding stripping times, useful life and guarantees of use. A general analysis is developed, determining the technical and economic feasibility of each type of formwork.
