The image contains news about the agreement concluded with the Holy See, where in its articles 12 and 13 it obliges the Government of the Republic to organize and direct education and teaching in accordance with the dogmas and morals of the Catholic religion; to make religious teaching mandatory in the universities, colleges and schools of the republic.
