Gestión logística-administrativa en los procesos de formación de líderes indígenas de la escuela de formación política de la -OPIAC-

Abstract

The present document that receives the title of "Logistic-administrative management in the training processes of indigenous leaders of the school of political formation of the -OPIAC-", has the purpose of leaving a cultural, political, educational and social legacy, in addition to contribute and cooperate with the defense of human rights, especially of the indigenous communities of the departments of the Colombian Amazon: Amazonas, Vaupés, Guaviare, Guainía, Caquetá and Putumayo. The realization of this document is written under the experience of internship executed in the school of political training for the indigenous peoples of the colombian amazon of the national organization of the indigenous peoples of the colombian Amazon -OPIAC-. This education project is linked to the struggle and the processes of liberation of the indigenous population that has the tradition and the life projects defined by the community as foundational supports, with which education is consolidated as a space for re-appropriation and recreation of culture. In this way education is a space to reconstruct history, a dynamic and complex history, based on encounters and disagreements with other sectors of the national society.
