Levantamiento Topográfico Para Englobe Predios Universidad Distrital Choachi - (El Tibar)

Abstract

According to an old practice of adjudicating or carrying out transactions with real estate in the form of described property, a series of errors were generated in the cadastre and in the notarial records of the properties in Colombia, which makes necessary the updating of boundaries in the properties . In this case, it is requested that the District Francisco José de Caldas conduct an encompassing four properties, which would form a larger estate called "El Tíbar". In this way, the verification of the current public deeds and the cadastral information included in the Agustín Codazzi Geographic Institute (IGAC) is done, which allows to determine as a first step the difference between the notarial records and the Existing cadastral information. For this, a topographic survey is carried out, linked to the Magna-Sirgas network, carrying out the subsequent calculations and determining the data of the real area, which is recorded by the verification of boundaries in the terrain and in the verification of adjoining properties. According to the topographic survey carried out for the above, the Francisco José de Caldas District University will have the final plan and the necessary information to proceed with the updating procedures.
