Propuesta metodológica para dinamizar la participación de las comunidades de Puente Nacional–Santander en la planificación ambiental municipal

Abstract

One of the main motivations for the accomplishment of this research work has to do with the study of the challenges and advances related to the participation of the community in the approach of the environmental development policies. From the conceptual, theoretical and methodological field, this research constitutes a significant professional bet for the area of human, social and natural sciences. This is because the research is oriented to understand the different practical forms of participation, development and planning of environmental policies. It is also focused on to the presentation of alternative scenarios in the decision-making process that seeks to improve the environmental context of the municipality of Puente Nacional in the department of Santander.
