dc.description	La imagen presenta una noticia acerca de:" Nuestro sistema de alcantarillado, debido a varias causas, a saber: falta de un estudio general de tan importante mejora higiénica , y a que el problema es muy complicado y en muchos casos de dificilísima solución; hace pocos años que las teorías higiénicas se hallan definidas y concordantes sobre la infección del aire y la difusión de los gérmenes de las enfermedades, solo en estos últimos veinte años las mas importantes ciudades de Europa y los Estados Unidos se hallan en buenas condiciones a este respecto".
