Resumen
The land management project that took place in the department of Putumayo was based mainly on the designs provided by the national infrastructure agency ANI. Thanks to these designs, it was possible to have clarity on the properties that were going to be affected by the construction of The gazebo in the municipality of Mocoa. The first step to start building management is to provide the detailed information to the community in general to publicize what is going to be done and how it is going to be done. To accomplish this task, the president of the action board Communal of each sector or sidewalk affected with the work, a general meeting is arranged with the community and explained about the scope of the project and the implications of it, also solve the different doubts that arise from the people. Once the task of informing was completed, we proceeded to visit each of the properties affected, contact the owner directly, informing him in detail of the procedure that is planned to implement in order to advance the work in favor of the community, we ask for the documentation Which makes it the owner of the property, the citizenship card or the document that identifies it, the inventory is carried out for example, if the construction of the building requires 2 meters of land, the inventory of the plants That are affected, also, if the construction is affected, the inventory of the same must be carried out verifying the physical characteristics of the property to later make an appraisal and a fair payment of each real property that is affected. Once the task has been carried out in the field, the information collected is submitted to lawyers for the purpose of conducting the study of titles, in which the owner of the property is fully identified and the affections or limitations that the property has in relation to Legal situations, an example is the embargo situations, mortgages and other limitations that have to avoid future legal problems, my task as an intern is to make the property files, which records the information acquired in each of the properties and the Areas of the strip of land required by the ANI for the construction of the road. Land plans are also generated in order to graphically plot the site and the affected areas. Something very important to take into account, is the regulations in each of the municipality with respect to the land use planning plan, in this case, it was necessary to study the Mocoa municipality planning plan to identify the environmental limitations as it must be Taking into account the conservation of rivers and natural sources and identify possible solutions to a pathway. The work of going to the notaries and requesting the deeds to publish the affected properties is very important, a large number of deeds should have been taken in order to carry out the necessary studies and provide relevant support on the task
