Resumen
One of the most important pillars of economic development at the national level employment economy and improving the quality of life is the development, improvement and adaptation of roads throughout the national network. During the development of this project which is part of the process You obtain the title of cadastral engineers and surveyors will go through the different minimum phases of an engineer, starting with a planning phase, research, field visits, development of a computerized system that makes reference to a geographical information system, in addition to a management databases and development of methodologies to bring to fruition the objectives in it. In the field visit several views and several types were taken information such as: surveys that give the guideline of perspective the socioeconomic reality experienced by the inhabitants of the municipality, taking into account important aspects such as quality of life, access to improvements and defects that brings the realization of such works giving as result socioeconomic impact, which is not good or bad in its entirety. In the economic study involving in the case of research project market values for different timeslots between 2008 to 2015, the reference years taken for analysis is this project were:
- The year 2008 with the information obtained from the real estate buying and sales of properties in the municipality.
- For the year 2011 were taken as the basis of the information the appraisals, records of public instruments of land that passed from private to state property by Inco and savannah grant West, in addition to this information some records were taken private sale of real estate.
