dc.description	La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la Ley sobre Reformas Judiciales del 16 de junio de 1853 en la que el Congreso de la Nueva Granada decreta la atribución de la Corte Suprema de justicia para la preparación de proyectos de códigos y leyes judiciales debiendo ser tenidos en cuenta dentro del Poder Ejecutivo para que al ser aprobados sean sometidos a Legislatura. Adicional se menciona la importancia de los magistrados, de los Tribunales de distrito, también menciona la importancia de los poderes especiales que puedan ser otorgados, las demandas, los demandantes y las consecuencias que la unión de estos puede ocasionar en un juicio.
