Resumen
The program presents an interview with Luis Parménides Guerrero, a renowned cultural manager and a resident of Mocoa since his childhood. Through his testimony, the history of the city is reconstructed since the mid-20th century, highlighting the social, cultural and political changes it has experienced. Arrival and adaptation: The arrival of Parménides Guerrero to Mocoa in his childhood is narrated, as well as how he adapted to life in this small town. Historical development: The main historical milestones of Mocoa are described, such as the annexation to the department of Nariño and its subsequent separation.
