Propuesta de plan de negocios para conformar una empresa del sector metalmecánico según la guía del fondo emprender Colombia

Abstract

This degree project aims to make a feasibility proposal for the formation of a company in the metal-mechanic sector in Bogotá, taking into account the guidelines of the guide Fondo Emprender Colombia, which divides the development into seven modules described as follows: markets, operation, organization, finances, operating plan, impacts and executive summary. It was necessary to investigate statistics on the construction and development opportunity of the metal-mechanic sector in Colombia, market trends and behaviors, raw materials and acquisition costs, historical salaries, documentation necessary for the formalization of a company in Colombia, among others. Each of them analyzed in detail throughout the document in order to achieve the proposed objectives and at the end of the exercise to determine whether the company's formation is financially viable.
