The image contains a notice about the Minutes of the first ordinary session of the Board in charge of organizing and presiding over the celebration of July 20, 1893, which mentions the meeting held in the hall of the office of the Mayor of Bogotá, previously summoned, Messrs. Inocencio Madero, General Manuel Brigard and Doctor Pedro M. Ibanez, members of the Board created by the National Government to organize the celebration of the civil celebration of the next July 20, appointing Mr. Higinio Cualla as President, Mr. José German Silva as Secretary and the undersigned Mr. José German Silva as Treasurer. Additionally it is mentioned that one thousand five hundred pesos will be destined to help the Opera company, one of the best and most complete lyric companies that have arrived to the capital, also one thousand pesos to contract the company of the Circus of bulls, a bullfight with free entrance, that must take place the same day July 20, together with other conditions and amounts destined to such end.
