Reestructuración de zonas, secciones y territorios en las regiones de Bogotá de la Empresa BELCORP

Abstract

Belcorp is a Peruvian Company that sells beautys products directly. The company has a zoning area that is in charge of the use and administration of the GIS and the geographic databases. Also, one of the functions is monitoring and control of commercial consultants, for which it seeks to do a restructure of zones, sections and territories for the sales force coverage.To carry out the restructuring process, an analysis and verification is carried out in the databases using the spatial statistical tool, which aims to increase economic profitability through the observation, study and intervention of an area that presents difficulties in the sales force. For this reason, the zoning area makes a proposal to be able to mediate a solution that benefits both regional and zone managers, consultants and the company.
