Resumen
The general objective of this research is the creation of a psychosocial and artistic laboratory entitled “Memories, Weavings of Emotionality that Dance for Good Living”, aimed at the population of victims of the armed conflict in the city of Bogotá. The project is based on qualitative, descriptive research developed in five phases: the first, a conceptual inquiry in which theoretical references were explored; the second, the construction of the methodological proposal for the laboratories, which include three sessions; the third, individual and collective dialogues; the fourth, the execution of the laboratories; and the fifth and final phase, the analysis of results. Regarding the conclusions obtained, it is recognized that the methodology of the psychosocial and artistic laboratory contributes to the processes of emotional expression, memory construction, and the development of individual and collective capacities in victims of the armed conflict. Likewise, the tools provided by artistic expression supported emotional expression processes, and biodanza in particular helped to generate a sense of relief and well-being, contributing to collective care. The women who participated in the sessions acknowledged that the activities and exercises developed not only contributed to their emotional well-being, but also brought relief in relation to their roles as caregivers. They recognized these spaces as essential for advancing the concept of caring for the caregiver. The psychosocial and artistic laboratory can become a valuable proposal that provides victims’ organizations with tools to continue implementing community-based psychosocial support processes.
