Abstract

The current national panorama of LPG production has introduced the country into a scenario of oversupply in the long term due to the recent findings of the Llantian Piedmont deposit, as is the case of Cusiana, therefore it is necessary to point out that to counteract the effects that could be caused due to the absence of strategies that affirmed the LPG market was the need to propose a scheme that encourages the consumption of this energy with the purpose of increasing its participation in the market and at the same time achieve benefit and support the most unprotected sectors of society in order to provide adequate access to public utilities, this through the application of a methodology that allows the allocation of subsidies to LPG users, the above as an alternative to achieve an adequate use of economic resources.
