Abstract

This project aims to propose the maintenance plan for the machinery involved in the sludge dehydration process of the Puentes de Mosquera-Cundinamarca Wastewater Treatment Plant. With the help of a diagnosis, it was possible to show that the equipment that acts are 2 centrifugal dehydrators, 2 progressive cavity pumps of 5 hp, 2 progressive cavity pumps of 3 hp, 2 dosing pumps of 1 hp, a preparation equipment polymer and measuring instruments, and that these do not have the necessary documentation or the appropriate procedure for maintenance, for example, resumes and/or preventive maintenance plan, causing machine care activities to have no order or order. registration and are only limited to corrective actions, affecting the operation without planning; This is because the plant entered the start-up and stabilization stage in 2022, and the information corresponding to machinery has not been collected.
