In this project, the pre-feasibility study is evidenced to enter the textile-clothing market with an alternative that allows counteracting contamination by conventional textiles. For this, the generation of value and the technical, economic and financial feasibility of developing a company that manufactures organic cotton garments are defined. In chapter one the generalities of the project are based. Then in chapter two the analysis of the factors of the macro and microenvironment. Chapter three presents the definition of the business model through the use of the Canva model, in this way, the generation of product value is specifically detailed. Consecutively, in chapter four, the technical study, the most appropriate location is determined to locate the company and its respective distribution, the production process together with the requirements of materials, labor and services necessary for daily operations to be carried out. without inconvenience. Then, the respective organizational study is carried out where the type of society is defined. In chapter five, financial economic study, the total investment of the project is determined and the financing options are evaluated, the budgets are detailed and the statements of profit and loss, cash flow and the evaluation of the financial parameters are made. Finally, a positive NPV and IRR are obtained. Therefore, it is concluded that the project is viable.
