Small companies in Colombia face factors and conditions on a daily basis. that put them to the test to stay in the market, one of those factors influences directly into the company's organizational structure, followed by the way in which manage their internal processes, this being a key factor for companies to be able to grow and offer added value to the competitive market. The Motor DTL company is a company created in 2020, which is dedicated to the business of rent motorcycles for different uses (tourism, work or personal), the company is located southeast of the city of Bogotá and today it has 5 motorcycles available to be rented. In the Motor DTL company it has become necessary to create a logistical model that allows it to support the maintenance area, the process area and to the vehicle reception and exit area, given that they are the areas with the greatest cost overruns they generate for the company. The above, because the company does not have a market study, does not have a maintenance and does not have a well-defined organizational structure, which It has a negative impact on the company's image among its target audience for two reasons: first, because of the delay in picking up and delivering a vehicle and second, the company does not guarantees the optimal operation of the vehicle because no maintenance is carried out. preventive maintenance within the periods suggested by the manufacturer, which It may cause a sudden failure and require maintenance. corrective, causing the client to have to postpone their activities or errands until cause of said event. To this end, a logistics model was designed that focuses on the maintenance of the company motorcycles, where a maintenance program had to be created preventive and corrective that adjusted to the needs of the company, it was also proposed a plant size and a possible tentative location to open a new headquarters of the company in the city of Bogotá D.C, finally the organizational structure was created of the company with their respective files for each of the positions established in the organization chart.
