Proyecto de modernización tecnológica basado en la adición de la banda de 700 MHz para sistemas de telecomunicaciones móviles

Abstract

Serdán Telecomunicaciones in partnership with Huawei Technologies, are carrying out a project to modernize the technologies used for telecommunications nationwide, adding the 700 MHz band to existing stations to increase the coverage area nationwide and allow people better connectivity. The main client of this project is TIGO UNE, a leader in the area of ​​telephony and fixed and mobile connectivity at the national level, the company intends to make a leap in technology and take telecommunications one step further into the future, increasing the area of coverage nationwide and giving a higher quality of service to end users. This project was born from the need to bring connectivity to the most remote parts of the country and allow many more people to access the benefits that telecommunications brings, as well as improve the quality of the service provided in existing places. For the execution of this project, three main stages are contemplated, the first one aims to carry out an inventory of the stations where the modernization will be carried out. The second is the realization of the proposal for each of the sites, where the evaluation of what is going to be reused, what must be renewed and the locations of each of the equipment is carried out. As the final phase of the project, the installation will be carried out in each of the proposed sites, where there will be a quality control of everything that is installed to finally carry out the tests corresponding to the completion of each installation.
