Diseño y aplicación de soluciones de ingeniería para proyectos del Centro de Investigación y Desarrollo Tecnológico de Innovación Aeronáutica de la Fuerza Aeroespacial Colombiana

Abstract

This internship was carried out at the Aeronautical Research, Development, and Innovation Center (CETIA) of the Colombian Aerospace Force, with the objective of designing and applying engineering solutions in the fields of automation and telecommunications. The work included the development of an automated maintenance bench for the rotary joint of TPS-70/78 radars, integrating stepper motors, drivers, and an HMI interface in PyQt5; the implementation of a wireless pressure measurement system; the preparation of technical manuals for the solar runway lighting system; and the conceptual proposal of BoxLand, an automated platform for the storage and operation of unmanned aerial systems. The results obtained strengthen CETIA’s technical capabilities and highlight the importance of interdisciplinary work for technological advancement in the Colombian aerospace sector.
