Resumen
The bryophytes have great importance in the ecosystems because of their poiquilhídrica capacity, their disposition and ability to form microenvironments facilitating the conformation of ecological relations between different organisms; In Colombia there is a need to carry out studies that allow to know the diversity of bryophytes, to generate processes around conservation. In this sense, this study was carried out in the area of pozo hondo (Bosque alto Andino) in the Matarredonda ecological park, located in the department of Cundinamarca - Colombia; It is intended to evaluate the diversity of bryophytes epiphytes present in Blechnum schomburgkii. Methodologically, morphological characters of the forophyte were taken into account for their respective determination, two strata were established (high and low). For the sampling, 2 transects were drawn from the base to the apex of the fronds, obtaining a sample of 10 cm 2. The specimens were taken to the laboratory where the respective curatorship and determination were carried out to the lowest possible category. A total of 42 genera and 63 species of bryophytes were found, equivalent to 11.14% of the genera and 4.6% of the species reported for the Colombian Andes, as well as the dominance of the species in the phylosphere and Greater diversity of species in the rhizome than in the frond.
