Implementación de sistema de auditoría basado en microcliente para la gestión y análisis de logs con AWS

Abstract

The report describes the development and results of an internship at the Office of Information and Technology Advisory (OATI) of the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, focused on implementing a microclient-based auditing system for log management and analysis using AWS CloudWatch. The project addressed the lack of a centralized tool for visualizing and managing logs generated by the university’s APIs through the development of a microclient integrated with the OIKOS and POLUX systems, featuring advanced search options, role control, and log export capabilities. The results showed improvements in log analysis efficiency, reduced backend response times, and enhanced traceability and security, concluding that the implemented solution successfully met the proposed objectives.
