The image contains news about a report from the Roads Commission, dated October 4, 1811, it is addressed to the deputies and highlights the progress in the construction of roads and bridges in the province of Nueva Granada. The main points are presented: work on the bridges, solid bridges are being built with small pyramids next to them, each with a stone engraved in honor of the governor and illustrious citizens such as Neira, Nariño and Ricaurte, the commission has been satisfied with the quality of the works and the solidity of the bridges; funds and Resources, the commission recommends that toll funds be divided equally between the contractors of the roads in the north and west of the capital, it also suggests that subsidiary personal labor, according to the law of 1834, be used for partial repairs in the roads.
