Acciones sustentables para el fortalecimiento de la huerta tahuasua amarú sua de la localidad de Bosa, en Bogotá (2024-2027): desde la sinergia de las nociones de desarrollo de “Bogotá camina segura” y lo comunitario

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to propose sustainable actions to strengthen the “Tahuasuca Amarú Sua” (HTAS) garden in the town of Bosa, Bogotá, based on the analysis of the dimensions of the notions of Development of the District Development Plan (PDD) “Bogotá Camina Segura” (2024-2027) and the notions of the internal and external actors that interact around the garden. To achieve this, the development notions of the communities associated with the garden and the PDD “Bogotá Camina Segura” were characterized. Subsequently, the notions were analyzed from the Dimensions of Development; the similarities and gaps between the predominant approaches of both actors were identified, in order to finally propose the formulation of sustainable actions based on the findings obtained. It is assumed that the notions of institutional development are far from the notions of development of local communities and the premise is proposed that the synergy between institutions and communities strengthens local initiatives, increasing their impact, scope and sustainability.
