Abstract

This thesis summarizes the experience gained during the internship period and addresses the activities carried out at Idartes. Throughout this time, emphasis is placed on contributing to specific projects, utilizing technological tools, developing teamwork skills, and practically applying concepts learned during academic training. Topics such as the XVIII Festival of Theater and Circus in Bogotá and the growing scene were addressed. Active participation in key projects, such as the District Program of Concerted Rooms and Supported Concerts, enabled the acquisition of essential technical and soft skills for the professional environment. The abstract highlights the achieved milestones, encountered challenges, and lessons learned during this enriching experience, ultimately preparing for future endeavors.
