The project “Development of a Business Plan for the Commercialization of Pet Products (dogs) and Advice on their Care in Bogotá D.C.” aims to identify the potential difficulties faced by pet owners in the city in accessing quality products and expert guidance on the proper care of their animals and in turn proposes a comprehensive solution to address these difficulties. In Bogotá D.C., the lack of adequate time, information and resources often leads to poor decisions regarding the feeding, health and care of pets, which can result in unnecessary expenses and affect the well-being of the animals. In addition, the current market lacks real-time advice, being limited mainly to offering commercial alternatives and emergency services. To address these needs, the project proposes the creation of a comprehensive web platform that combines the sale of pet products with online advisory services. This platform will target residents of Bogotá D.C. and will offer a wide range of high-quality products, as well as information and expert guidance on proper pet care. The goal is to provide pet owners with a complete solution that meets all their needs and improves the well-being of their pets. The development of the platform will include market research to understand the needs and preferences of pet owners in Bogotá D.C., as well as the selection of products, the creation of informative content and the implementation of online advisory functions. In summary, the project seeks to provide a comprehensive and convenient solution for pet owners in Bogotá D.C., improving their access to quality products and expert guidance on the proper care of their pets through an innovative, customer-oriented web platform.
