Diseño de un ecohotel en la finca La Libertad, ubicado en el municipio de Zipacón, Cundinamarca

Abstract

The present work/document is aimed to design the ecohotel at the Finca La Libertad, located in the municipality of Zipacon, Cundinamarca. For the development of the document, the previous academic work of the environmental impact of the La Libertad-ecohotel was taken as a basis. This work was developed by the authors in the "environmental impact assessment" class. From there, a biography revision is put in place followed by the identification of the area of influence of the project where the positive and negative impacts generated by the engineer implementation in the ecohotel are identified. An assessment of previously identified impacts is carried out with the aim of categorizing them by their importance and affectation. Next, the appropriate measures for prevention, mitigation, correction and/or compensation to be implemented in the project are determined, based on the impacts previously identified, from there, the environmental management, follow-up, monitoring, and contingency plan is formulated. Finally, after the process mentioned before the next and the last step is proposed the ecohotel design at the Finca La Libertad, having as a base the identification of the area of influence of the project, the categorizing of the impacts, and the environmental management plan, all of them making sure that this is going to meet with one of the main goals of this project which is find the balance between the environment, the society and the economy.
