Prototipo de chatbot basado en Query Response como herramienta de educación de Infecciones de transmisión sexual (ITS) para estudiantes de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas

Abstract

This project consists of providing an information channel on sexually transmitted infections for people linked to the Francisco José de Caldas District University in which they will be able to consult the symptoms, origins, prevention methods and the definition of the different infections of sexual transmission (STI) included in the scope of the project. For this, the development of a chatbot prototype based on query response is carried out, which will be implemented by Google's g-suite more specifically in Google chat because the District University has its active directory with the services of this entity , in this way the chatbot will be available to anyone who has institutional mail from the university and will be able to interact with the chatbot at any time depending on the availability of Google services. By applying the project, it is sought that a large part of the university community has the possibility of being educated against the different sexually transmitted infections (STIs) that exist since with the ability to have a training module, information on different infections can be saved. even if they are not in the initial scope of the project, due to this the administration of the chatbot remains at the disposal of the administrator of the Google workspace of the University accounts to update the information or register new information so that it is always counted with concrete and truthful answers from the chatbot.
