Análisis de la inserción laboral femenina en Colombia 2012 - 2021

Abstract

The following work addresses issues related to female labor insertion in Colombia, analyzing the behavior it has had within the chosen study period (2012-2021), based on a characterization of socioeconomic variables of the population Colombian by gender, taking into account the highest educational level achieved and marital status. Followed by an analysis of the behavior of women's labor insertion Colombian woman in the market, by occupational position and branch of activity, using the indexes of segregation of Duncan and Duncan (DyD) and Karmel and MachLachlan (KyM) and, finally, making a general comparison of the income received by men and women within the framework of the decade of study both at a general level and by branch of activity and occupational position.
