Resumen
The "Machinely Human" project explores the relationship between experience and experimentation through the creation of an "organ-machine - machine-organ." The author constructs a device that narrates their vision of reality, influenced by their daily experiences and sensations. This device, inspired by kinetic art, involves real movement and the physical interaction of the viewer, utilizing electrical current and gravity to generate movement and sound.
The project is divided into two parts, "INORGANIC" and "ORGANIC," which should be read in parallel. The author considers themselves a quiet person who interprets their way of seeing things in a transcendental empiricism, where actions are modified and reinterpreted in indefinite cycles. The creation process reflects the author's life, where repetition and error are essential. Susa Rincón draws inspiration from personal and artistic references, such as their childhood and the work of artists like Jean Tinguely. The objective is to awaken to life itself and express the union between body and soul through the everyday, leaving open questions about the nature of reality. The author seeks to transmit sensations through the union of body and soul, forming a perceived reality based on the everyday. The work possesses an "imprecise precision" and seeks to manifest the union between experience and experimentation.
