Estandarización de los procesos operativos y administrativos de Soloaseo Distribuciones SAS.

Abstract

This is a project carried out in the company Soloaseo Distribuciones SAS in the city of Bogota D.C., the main objective of this work is to standardize the processes of the organization and contribute to the reduction of time and increase in productivity. Initially, a diagnosis of the current processes is made and from this the standardization is carried out by means of programs, standardized operative procedures and flow diagrams. An analysis of the main causes that affect productivity for this is used tools such as Ishikawa diagram and analysis of the supply chain. With the results obtained, an improvement proposal is built, taking into account the control of inventories, improvement formats and indicators for the main areas involved in providing customer service. Finally, there is the standardization of each of the processes, for monitoring and control the indicators are established and for the reduction of time is addressed with the administration of the inventories.
