| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del decreto en el que se reforman algunas disposiciones sobre inversión de las rentas municipales, decreta: Artículo 1° se condonan a las rentas municipales las cantidades que adeudan a los fondos del crédito público por razón de la décima parte de ellas, que estaba destinada para el pago de créditos y gradual amortización de la deuda interior por la ley de 22 de mayo de 1836. Artículo 2° en lo sucesivo, las rentas municipales no contribuyen la quinta parte de sus productos a las rentas provinciales, se condonan a las rentas municipales todas las cantidades que estén adeudando a las rentas provinciales, por razón de la tercera y quinta parte con que debieron contribuir, conforme a la ley orgánica del régimen de las provincias y su adicional.
