Asistencia administrativa y logística en el área de deportes de la Universidad de los Andes

Abstract

For the sake of bringing knowledge and practices learned in the curriculum of sports administration of the District University Francisco Jose de Caldas and thus contribute to improving the area Deanship of Students at the University of the Andes, it was included and approved, by coordinating the internship is documented here, this internship was developed from January 13 to June 12, 2015, with a time intensity 48 hours a week. During the development of the practice done, support and advice in the area of ​​sports, the Deanship of Students, University of the Andes, was performed taking strict monitoring and special attention with regard to the issue of sports selections They are representing the University of Los Andes in intercollegiate tournaments as well as the registration of activities suitable for this purpose and surveys that assess the quality of coaching and training forms. The main target group of the Sports University focused on comply, satisfactorily, to sports activities requested and scheduled, integrating all the variables to meet the agreed time with scheduled events and to satisfy the expectations of the community of the University of Los Andes made up of teachers, students and employees. With the aim of achieving greater effectiveness, efficiency and effectiveness in the implementation of activities, administrative processes were articulated with sports proposals coordinating and carrying out mandated activities, to achieve an improvement in both existing administrative processes, such as contributions of this internship. The structure of the final report of this internship is initially raised with a description of the organization and physical plant of where they carried out the internship, disclosed the aims justification and theoretical framework, after this the methodology is described for the development and fulfillment of these objectives thereupon they are presented in detail the corresponding analyzes and results of each of the processes executed and finally describes the findings also including recommendations for the continuous improvement of professional sports management.
