Evaluación de la política pública para la extracción del material de arcilla en el Municipio de Nemocón - Departamento de Cundinamarca

Abstract

The purpose of this project is to carry out an evaluation of the applicable public policy for the extraction of clay materials, specifically in the Patio Bonito path belonging to the Municipality of Nemocón in the Department of Cundinamarca.Taking into account the above, the project was developed from a diagnosis of the background of the policies, strategies and actions that are currently applied to the mining sector in Colombia. In addition to conducting interviews with key stakeholders, identifying their perceptions regarding environmental and mining regulations and the environmental, social and economic impacts generated by the activity. Finally, to propose an action plan based on the problems identified that allows the Environmental and Mining Authorities to correct specific problems that the sector has.
