The image contains news about the reform of the Judicial Code that was carried out in 1859, in which it was stipulated that the Superior Court will reside in the capital of the State, will be composed of 6 Magistrates appointed by absolute plurality of votes by the Legislature and will be divided in the civil and criminal business room, the first consisting of four Magistrates and the remaining two, the drawing of judges, sentences and appeals being discussed in this room. La imagen contiene una noticia sobre la reforma al Código Judicial que se realizó en 1859, en la que se estipuló que el Tribunal Superior residirá en la capital del Estado, se compondrá de 6 Magistrados nombrados a pluralidad absoluta de votos por la Legislatura y se dividirá en sala de negocios civiles y criminales, la primera constando de cuatro Magistrados y la restante de dos, hablando en esta misma el sorteo de jueces, sentencias y apelaciones.
