Trade in services is becoming a very profitable business model in our country, given its conditions in saving storage, production, machinery..etc., and it is sports a great oportunity to provide a service that a large number of Colombians can access, generatng grat customer satisfaction bye becoming apparent the benefits not only economic compared to other similar clubs, but also by experiencing the physical and psychological benefits that bring physical activity, sports practice and social interaction generated by sports as a whole, in addition to the knowledge and motor development that generate this type of activity. The objetive of this project is to generate a business model (using the canvas model) fo the creation of a sports club that integrates little or unrecognized artistic sports in Colombia by directing this value proposition to children and adolescents from the age of 5, in addition to offering the same sports services to organizations or external individuals, and together with family entertaiment plans are a comprehensive club in which activities are located for all users who enter it.
