Abstract

Private companies are economic entities whose objective is to receive economic or commercial benefits, in addition to contributing to social growth through the production and marketing of goods or offering services, to guarantee the satisfaction of needs. R&R KNOWLEDGE, ENGINEERING & LAB S.A.S., is a micro-enterprise in the service sector, an expert in environmental consulting projects that, through its corporate purpose, provides opportunities for improvement in environmental performance to various economic sectors such as commercial, industrial and services, through the application of technologies and various actions that allow the reduction of impacts on the environment. This company has three strategic lines of business directed towards environmental management and education. The first is focused on the management of water resources, the second towards the comprehensive management of solid waste and finally, it has the line of knowledge that allows strengthening production processes and information analysis, training and strategic planning according to the customer needs. For the development of the standardization of contractual information of the environmental organization R&R KNOWLEDGE, ENGINEERING & LAB S.A.S., the theoretical foundations acquired during the professional training process in environmental administration allowed carrying out activities especially focused on the line of management services of water resources, such as the organization of information for the establishment of commercial allies; preparation of pre-contractual and contractual documentation, according to what is requested by state entities for the adequate presentation of offers to the different 11 business opportunities; The production of technical documents, as well as environmental awareness through the development of graphic pieces, on the importance of compliance with applicable environmental regulations for companies in certain sectors of the economy, were part of the actions carried out during the internship process that was carried out in this environmental consulting micro-company.
