The image shows the news in which recognition is given to the board of cleanliness and ornament that despite doing much for the city, making sacrifices and what can be done with existing funds, they have many debts to continue the work. They talk about the need to fight against the habits of slovenliness and to activate works that free the urban situation in which they are. Among these works are: sewage and public toilets. Finally, there is talk of a collection by the board of cleanliness and ornament in which this will help in the problem, and that will gladly be paid, as long as it is used for what it is intended. En la imagen muestra la noticia en que se da el reconocimiento a la junta de aseo y ornato que a pesar de hacer mucho por la ciudad, haciendo sacrificio y lo que se puede con fondos existentes, tienen muchas deudas para continuar la labor. Se habla de la necesidad de combatir los hábitos de desaseo y activar obras que libren la situación urbana en la que están. Dentro de estas obras están: el alcantarillado y excusados públicos. Finalmente, se habla de un recaudo por parte de la junta de aseo y ornato en la que este ayudara en la problemática, y que con todo gusto se pagara, siempre y cuando se use para lo que se tiene destinado.
